- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Items must be free of any damage or alterations.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Please note: Items marked as "final sale", personalized, or custom-made cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs paid during checkout are **non-refundable**.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return the original product and place a new order.
